trying in sandbox and my players arent chosing any of the even though i've set it all up and clicked the box? losing most games cos of this

You are currently referring to the soloq pick checkbox. If you want to change the pick and bans for team ranked, sandbod and league you need to scroll down in strategy page and drag and drop you picks.
