my scout found 1 youth player. Will he be automatically trained in the youth academy or do i have to hire him??

he will be trained if you put the money for his training more money you invest more his skills will improve, but honestly i do not recommand academy its a waste of money, before it was op but they nerfed it so much so now its meeh.
