So we can no longer extend contracts?

The extend button has dissappear so I guess thats not a thing anymore?

Yes, you can extend players contracts. Who said you can't?

seems to be every player with a current contract longer then 20 days

You can only have 2 maximum contracts at the same time. When the current one runs out again and the new one starts you can extend again.
