My players are loosing skill?

Why is it built in that players slowly loose skill? Wouldn't it usually stay the same or go UP not DOWN?

You need to training them to keep them on the same level or above

If you do not train in real life would you get better? ;D

Well but playing soloQ games should train him actually so he shouldnt decrease

You do 3-5 ranked games and even more soloq and streaming but I understand why this would be pit in
