What contributes most to get that WIN?

What do you guys think contributes most to get wins? can you rank them from highest contributor to lowest?

-Level of facilities
-Player stats
-Builds
-Team fight positioning
-Pick and bans
-Laning

I can say that I don't believe player ELO contributes as much as team ELO does to winning games, given that the past games going vs. teams within a 30 ELO range (higher or lower) I've had around 50% success rate, yet 4/5 of my players are better in terms of those measurements.

And perhaps facilities aren't that contributive to a win either? I don't know. That's my experience with this, may not count as much.
