Changing meta

This post is inspired by the 'nerf grandmaster' post here, but I think champion changes should be a thing regardless of OP champions (you can just ban them if you don't like them).

League of legends uses patches and rebalancing to keep things fresh. There is a reason they always seem to replace one OP with another and the game seems permanently 'unbalanced'.
I would love it if lolmanager also did 'patches' which would just rebalance the whole champion pool (or even part of it) every one or two seasons. It would certainly help keep the game interesting in the long term.
