Potential for analysts in staff

Thought about it a bit, unsure of how it'd work in a balanced way, or how much work is needed to make the system, but I think it'd be cool to have a system revolving around strategy and having an analyst to make up new strats.

Similar to coaches, they would have certain criteria they work best in (role specific stats or other things like that), and could formulate better strategy based on the players, their ranked stats, etc. To balance it out, maybe a slot for 1 analyst, or making the slots cost more. Contracts for analysts could be longer than coach contracts, and maybe an analyst would need more time to make up a good strategy set for a player.

For what you suggest, it is exactly the same job we people do as managers. So at a higher level, it is not very usefull or worth to lose a slot for an analyst.
Analysts then have to output datas that people cannot guess by themselves to make it worth, like datas of hidden mechanics for examples.
