It's a big part of real life teams currently however as a future possibility, what about having each player have a random country as their origin as well as speaking only that language. Coaches then have to train those players in English or the team's native language so that they can effectively communicate with the team in game. This can be put as a communication statistics with the higher that stat is the more effective the communication of that member and this could also be a new stat for coaches when someone looks at hiring them.

The admins intend to add regions eventually, maybe we can let this be a feature for when that is implemented.

I hope players recruited through the academy have my teams language. I question to think how I might manage to sign a Korean speaking 13 year old in the UK.
