Hey,
I am sorry to announce that the game will reroll in approximately 9 hours from now (8:00 UTC) due to a daily updater bug. You will be in the same position as you were right before the broken update. We will do new daily update right after the reroll.

Yes this is the reason. Don't worry it'll be fine since the game regularly keeps back up of the entire thing.

My players are back, but I still have 2 game loss "surrendered due to my team not having enough players": 1 Ranked game, and 1 league game. Aren't these results supposed to be reset too?

nah as they said, they will do a reroll (i hope so), its okay every game has bugs :)

there wont be any reroll. But there is going to be compensations.
