Cc- Crowd control (commonly shortened to CC) is a blanket term used in League of Legends to describe abilities or spells that remove or diminish the control a target unit has over aspects of itself - aspects such as being able to cast spells or initiate movement commands.
Scaling - t is the relation between the rate of effectiveness of a stat and the stat itself: if a spell has a 1.2 AD scaling, then the spell gains 1.2 damage per point of AD the champion builds. There is also AP scaling, which is how much more damage your spells will do for each point of ability power you get, which is simply the combined AP ratios on all your spells.

Aoe - Area of effect (or AoE) is a term used in many role-playing and strategy games to describe attacks or spells that can affect multiple targets within a specified area*.

Utility - Things that aren't necessarily damage, but useful in some manner.
For example, Ashe is known to have great utility as a carry because she has a passive slow, a mini-Clairvoyance, and a global skillshot stun for great initiation.

Escape - If it's bigger then champ will have bigger chance to escape gank.

For now the UI is on English, but I'm sure a "Languages" option will be added when we are out of the test version of this game.

The champ pool for both jungle and adc really limits the strategy section ATM, requiring both to be either instantly picked or to not get a champ in the role at all. Even one more addition to each will help the game strategy section.
