Sponsor Bug (404)

With the new sponsor system I think there might have gone something wrong. There's a missing url or something.

I clicked on apply on the available tab but I already have the max amount of sponsors and it brought me to this url which is a 404 for me:

Also why are the apply buttons not greyed out when I already have 10 sponsors?
