Under facilities when i upgrade "Sleeping Area" , the tool kit says it restores lots of energy. But can it actually be quantified as to how much energy it restores to player as I upgrade my sleeping area?

I'm not totally sure, but I heard that all the players have 15% base energy restoration by day, and every point on Sleeping Area and Gaming House adds another 1%, and every point in Utilities adds another 0.2%. And I think old players start to recover less energy by their age.
