Fix to an issue on market
as probably many of you were aware it was possible to bid on several players exceeding your real budget.
Now if you have any active highest bids this money will be deducted from your potential budget for bidding on any other players.
So if you have $1,000,000 and you bid $400,000 on two players you can only maximally bid $200,000 on the third one as long as you have the highest bid on the first two players.
