Hello, I have selected 3 champions for my players prioritize in them soloq games, but neither of them are choosing this champions that I propose. Someone knows why ? p.s: custom prioritize order is unchecked p.s.²: sorry for my english

make sure your "custom prioritize order" is checked... unchecking that checkbox means you do not want your players to prioritize the 3 champions you selected

If you check the box they will play your prioritized champions no matter which role you play (gain champion mastery)
If you uncheck the box, when they play an off-role, they will play a more suitable champion for the role, rather than the prioritized champions (gain elo)
