When I click on Position it takes me to the league screen, but it says "Your team is not eligible for league yet. To become eligible please complete all the todo list items! Once you've done it we can find you a league. " How do I find the todo list to complete it so I can join a league?

I think you can press your username in top left corner and press achievments and then press the second tab
