UNABLE TO JOIN LEAGUE

I've seen past post, but nothing helps. pretty sure this is common for those who have stopped playing for a year and then joining back.
todo list complete
"Your team is not eligible for league yet. To become eligible please complete all the todo list items! Once you've done it we can find you a league. "

U did all the "quest "? Like Staff, tactic Sponsor?

yeah i have, but i tested it if its a bug and i can confirm that it is. Made a new account and did all the to do list which enables you to join a league. I'm still gonna use this acc hopefully there's some sort of fix to it.

Friend had the same issues, After Daily upgrade he could join
