Or is there a way of boosting this higher by doing certain things like upgrading my facilities or going to division 1? I have about 600k income and 280k losses everyday but in order to raise a couple of really high elo youngsters from 13 and keep them i would need more staff, my facilities would need to get upgraded to the point they would be seriously expensive and the only way i can think of getting a strong economy going now is through creating a wheel of players getting boosted and then streaming extremely heavily.

10 is cap. Yes streaming is important. Tournament money is also pretty big source of income.
