So, I have had coaches training my players for the past 2-3 days. and I see no improvement. What gives? Have 4 coaches giving my players 3 training sessions each (excluding one player). And I don't see any of them improving.

I think it's at the daily update. How many points do your trainers have? I think if you have a 10 it updatesskills every two or three days

You just have to w8 a bit longer. Training happens once a day, during update.
