coaches aren't improving stats

Hi,

The past 3 updates none of my players have gotten improvements on their stats, even tho every player has 3 units of training with a coach that has 10 in every respective lane.
I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it seems highly unliky that in none of these daily updates my players improved... If it's not a bug i think coaches might need a buff.

I don't know that exact formula but I think you need to give it a bit more time.
