It looks like the Team ELO requirement and Star ELO requirement are either checking the wrong thing or the column names are swapped. By all the checks I have done The Star ELO amount is actually the team elo amount you need to get a new sponsor.

Double check the sponsors you currently have with the ones that aren't accessible; I've made that mistake before. Though, I won't rule out the potential for this to be an issue.
