how do you earn money in this? I got a sponsorship but it says my predicted income is 0?

The predicted income is based off the income you made the previous day, so it won't update based on the changes you make during the day. You'll get the sponsor income the next day, don't worry - as far as other ways, you can set your players to stream and they'll bring in income that way.
