I bought a sponsor "upgrade" for $10,000. The $10,000 disappeared, but did not show up on my recent transactions and I am unable to get a new sponsor. I'm not sure how the sponsor thing works. Do I wait for the reset to get a new sponsor?

You need to fill the requierments to get the sponsor and no team is currently able to get more then one without the fitting reputation. The missing finance thing should appear soon i guess.

I did the same thing and now it feels like i waster 10k $... could you maybe write a warning when upgrading the sponsors that there is none available...?

Well it isnt wasted. It might be already useful today after 8. I guess many of the older players did the same as it was different in the Beta. If you rly want to change it got to Settings and reset your team.
