Custom Priority Order: y / n

So on each player's page you can set a 3 champion order for picking. Right above that is the custom priority check box. Does checking that box mean it WILL use the champion order on the player page, or that it WILL NOT?

I noticed that in 2 sandbox games other's initiated that my players were ignoring their player page preferred picks and instead opting for the strategy page order (which has my ADC first picking Rocket Grab for some reason). I currently have the box checked. Is this normal behavior?

If you check the box those champions are used for soloq.

When it comes to sandbox its based on the picks and bans which are at the bottom of the strategy page.
