There is no limit right now. The Developers are still trying to figure out the exact values for a lot of things that should be the limits etc...
Game simulator needs a lot of balancing in terms of a lot of factors.

How much better do you guys think a 16 is over a 15? Or a 18 over a 15? Do you guys think it scales linearly?

Imma be honest I've had a jungle with 13 and 12 technical and a jungle with 15 and 1 technical play and the 13 and 12 technical played alot better. but take that with a grain of salt. I need to do more testing.

My top laner has lv20 top, all my other players are above lv15 in 1 stat except my support.
