So I started playing not to long ago and I have two questions:
1.) So I let my Players play 10 SoloQ games, 10 Ranked and 2 Stream Sessions. I realised that players lost a lot of energy. So here my QUESTION: Do players regenerate Energy if I set them to 0 Games?
2.) I currently can only have 6 Players and I saw other People who could have more than 6. QUESTION: How do. I get more Player slots?

1) Yes. Please note, that streaming sessions and training are calculated immediately, while soloQ and teamrankeds are just lined up for the next day. The energy for those games will be drained at the next daily update.

If you set them to 0 games now, you will lose energy today, but regain energy tomorrow
