How long will it take before teams with no players to be deleted?

EDIT: Teams will be frozen when they loose their last player. The team will still exist in the database but you cannot play against him in league or team ranked.

Will their money get frozen so if they decide to return to the game, they don't end up.with -$16m

Probably not, because at any time you can reset your team back to the beginning. So if they were to return to the game, they would have no players anyway, and so the smartest thing would be to just reset their team.
