Everytime i try to coach one of my players it's saying "Players can not use more than 10 hours" ?? and i can max use 3 hours per coach and i haven't even put 1 hour on one player yet...

Have you checked the free units of your player? Beside coaches, they are consumed by soloQ and teamrankeds.

Yeah they have 5 ranked games per day? but isn't that just 5 hours?? and that makes 5 hours to spare?
