We have someone in the questions section asking, if it's intentional that picks are mostly offmeta (evil master adc for example). These players might just not check their strategy tab.
They may be not the best at the game, but you can't assume they're inactive.

This is already a feature, inactive players get removed. Don't remember at the moment whats the time, have to ask from Henri l8.
