How did a rocket girl single handily carry this game? Why is there a Rock ADC?

Rock ADC would be someone setting their players to always instalock a certain type of champion, because it just puts the champions into whatever role the person was matched to instead of where they're best at. Rocket Girl carrying would probably be due to a high adc skillrate? At a guess.
