Are facilities fully functional yet, in terms of actually making a difference in performance and such?
They should be fully functional in the areas mentioned in my update post - however the exact effect will be changing when balancing things.
sry I couldnt find it, but how can we refresh energy? Is there a "rest"-button or a way we can decide how much time they rest a day?
You players will rest a set value with every update.
So it's automatic.
You can raise these value with facilites.
So stop playing games/less games and you kids will recover.
