Does Streaming count as solo queue?

Just as the question says, does streaming sessions count towards raising their solo queue games or helping raise their stats at all?

no. They use their smurfs for streaming

They dance and strip during streaming session, which explain why they gain so much.

It doesn't, even though perhaps it should. Alternative would've been that you can essentially choose % of the time your player should stream. While he's streaming his performance will be worse.
But also it could count as solo queue as well, but with decreased performance and decreased training gains.
