At the moment junglers are basically useless. They only ever do good when the team does good (and not even all the time then). Whether your jungler has 5/5 or 25/25 it doesn't matter, they won't do much of anything anyway. I feel like junglers should get buffed. Thoughts?

For the most part yes but I don't think people realize how much junglers impact lanes. Every time they gank, even if they don't get a kill, they get the enemy laner to back off and miss a wave or 2 of minions. They definitely tip a lot of lane matchups in favor of teammates that would have otherwise lost.
