How is the money that they come up with chosen? Does it matter how good the player is streaming or is just random?

Its a combination of mostly stream time (how often does your player stream) + his elo. So as a little hint you should try to get some low wage players on the market or from scouting with elo around 1.8k+ and make them stream only players while your main roster focusses on training and team ranked. Btw dont let these players play solo queue unless they are extremly strong and likely to rise.
