Do any of you guys keep a mediocre or bad player with decent personality stats as an inhouse streamer? How are the results for you and is it worth the roster spot?

e: elo is not that relevant though. So it's more about the already built up reputation/personality.

Yeah right now mine has roughly twice the reputation of my star player and is bringing in roughly the same amount as my sponsorships.
